Any defective writing instrument must be sent or delivered to an authorized Urso dealer or directly to the Corporate Hoffice at the following address:

Damages caused by improper use, accidental breakages, repairs not carried out by Urso authorized centers, the use of components other than those recommended by Urso, alterations caused by direct exposure to the sun's rays or are expressly excluded from the warranty. from high temperatures, from natural aging and wear.

MAINTENANCE: The surface of Urso writing instruments must only be cleaned using a soft cotton fabric or a specific cloth for cleaning delicate objects, it is recommended not to use materials or liquids other than water. Never place the pen near a flame or strong heat sources.
